More about Dove Cottage
We know comfort matters when you unwind…
Inside the Cottage: Prepare meals with ease in the fully- equipped country kitchen complete with modern appliances and a dishwasher. You’ll find everything you need for a generous farmhouse breakfast waiting for you - enjoy it at your leisure before heading out to explore. On balmy evenings, fire up the barbecue on the patio and dine alfresco.
The Sitting Room: This intimate, peaceful place is perfect for unwinding. Light the woodfire (firewood stocked just for you), pour a glass of local wine, and truly disconnect from the world.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
Two spacious bedrooms, almost like suites, each with a queen bed dressed in Belgian linen
Two bathrooms stocked with Leif botanical products
An additional fold-out bed available on request
Private Study: Find a quiet corner to read or unwind in the study, which overlooks the gardens.
Climate Control: Air conditioning to keep you comfortable on warmer days
Your outdoor sanctuary: Step outside and wander through nearly an acre of wild, rambling gardens and paddocks alive with birdlife. You’ll likely spot our resident kangaroos and it’s the perfect setting for a morning stroll with your coffee or an afternoon spent soaking up the country air.

Some of the doorways sit lower than modern homes, a charming reminder of the Cornish miners who built this cottage. Please mind your head as you wander through.
